“I am excited to work at The Lab in the OPM as I deeply believe in their mission of integrating Human Centered Design within the Federal government as a means to create better solutions and services for its constituents.  Innovation through design and neurodiversity is incredibly important – especially in an institution that aims to serve as vast a number of individuals in such varied circumstances. I am inspired by the work of the designers at the Lab who have worked to spread these ideas to thousands of federal employees across a number of Agencies. I look forward to learning from these incredible designers and to continue advocating and demonstrating the functional impact created by the integration of HCD methodology.
