About the Workshop
Sketch note-taking has emerged in recent years as a viable field in commercial illustration. More than that, it’s a valuable discipline; assisting artists with information retention and image ideation while creating fun, colorful infographics for the viewer. In this two-hour workshop, we will discuss useful strategies for successful graphic recording, talk tools, show examples and put lessons into practice.
Celebrated cartoonist/illustrator/painter, Hellen Jo will be dropping by detailing her experience as an artist making social impact while students take visual notes. What’s the difference between sketching and sketch note-taking? We’ll tell you this much: it’s a “no chill” workshop!
