Join Designmatters and the Career and Professional Development Office for a field trip to One & All, an advertising agency in Pasadena with over 100 years of experience of sharing the positive impact made by nonprofit organizations and brands.
This studio tour will include an overview of One & All – including the type and range of their clients, office culture and personnel, and recruitment strategies. Following an overview, you will join short working sessions around interview preparedness and portfolio review to understand what you should be representing in your portfolio to recruiters. Finally, you will participate in mock interviews with One & All Staff, including Creative Recruiters, Resource Managers and Digital Strategists.
