“We Are Youth” Campaign Wins Spark! Award
The UNFPA “We Are Youth” Campaign was recently awarded a 2012 Spark: Communications Award.
The campaign will be showcased in China, during Guangzhou Design Week 2012 which will take place at the Guangzhou Poly World Trade Center, December 7-9. It will also be on display at the annual Spark Design Awards Exhibit held in San Francisco, at the Autodesk Design Gallery starting January 18, 2013.
The “We Are Youth” campaign aims to be a powerful call-to-action for achieving the goals set forth in the Programme of Action of the International Conference on Population and Development (ICPD), specifically the agenda guiding UNFPA’s mandate to advance the human rights of young people and ensure meaningful youth participation in decision-making processes.
