“I am extremely excited to work with the Long Beach Department of Health & Human Services as the Designmatters Fellow, to which I will help implement the safe sex campaign developed by my fellow Designmatters students in Summer 2017.  Being able to execute this citywide campaign with the Long Beach HIV/STD Surveillance team, will give me the opportunity to learn the challenges and insights that a design team would encounter in a real-life setting. I am incredibly grateful to Designmatters and the Long Beach team for giving me the opportunity to be part of this project!”
