Civic design is gaining momentum at the local, state and federal level, offering opportunities for designers and technologists to positively impact the daily lives of citizens. There’s a growing ecosystem of people working to make government services simple, effective and efficient.
Sarah Brooks, a 2014–15 Presidential Innovation Fellow, will share insights on a service designer’s career with the U.S. federal government and will discuss the organizations leading innovative change in this county.
