Stop, Collaborate and Listen: How to Form and Norm Great Project Teams
Team collaboration is a critical skill for today’s design professionals, and it’s likely you’ll work on hundreds of multi-disciplinary project teams throughout your career. In this hands-on workshop, David and Mary Sherwin will share tools and techniques for rapidly forming and norming project teams, as well as road-tested strategies for aligning team members on hidden values that influence team dynamics. You’ll get a chance to try these tools out in small team activities with students from across different programs at ArtCenter.
