One of the most fun and challenging parts of this experience was learn¬ing about the organization and catching up with the current events that affected it’s dynamic. How does it work? Who are the people involved? What are their goals? Who to ask questions? How to communicate effec¬tively?… It was my role as designer to get integrated and be prepared to discuss ideas and solve problems. This process was invaluable as it opened up a whole new world of experience and knowledge.
